Introduction

This document outlines the policies and procedures for handling complaints and removing content on loveinchat.com website. Our goal is to ensure a safe and respectful online environment for all users by addressing concerns and removing inappropriate content promptly.

 

1.Complaint process for illegal or brand damaging content/activity

1.1 Users can file complaints about illegal or brand damaging content/activity by clicking the "Report" button available on every profile page. Complaints can also be submitted via email to support@loveinchat.com.

1.2 When filing a complaint, users should provide as much detail as possible, including the username of the offender, the nature of the complaint, and any relevant screenshots or evidence.

2.Content removal process

2.1 Upon receiving a complaint, we will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and begin the investigation process.

2.2 Our moderation team will review the complaint, assess the evidence provided, and determine whether the reported content or activity violates our community guidelines or terms of service.

2.3 The user who filed the complaint will be notified of the outcome of the investigation within 72 hours. If additional time is needed, the user will be informed of the delay.

3.Content removal and account actions

3.1 If the reported content is found to be in violation of our policies, it will be removed from the site immediately. Content that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate will not be tolerated.

3.2 Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, users responsible for the offending content may face account suspension or termination. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned from the platform.

4.Appeals process

4.1 Users whose content has been removed or whose accounts have been suspended or terminated can file an appeal by contacting support@loveinchat.com. Appeals must be submitted within 14 days of the action taken.

4.2 Appeals will be reviewed by a senior member of the moderation team who was not involved in the original decision. The review process will be completed within 14 days, and the user will be notified of the outcome.

5.Timeframes

5.1 All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt.

5.2 Complaints will be investigated, and the user notified of the outcome within 72 hours. Appeals will be reviewed within 14 days.
